Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the SRK Client mobile application and the client portal operated by SRK TAX AUDIT (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What the Service does

The SRK Client app gives existing clients of SRK TAX AUDIT a secure way to view filing status, receive and upload documents, view invoices, make payments for our professional services, and communicate with our team. The App is a client-access tool for our professional engagement; it does not itself provide tax advice independent of that engagement.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be 18 or older and a client (or authorised representative of a client) of SRK TAX AUDIT.
You are responsible for keeping your password and device PIN confidential.
You must give accurate information and notify us of any unauthorised account use.
We may suspend or close accounts that are misused or that breach these Terms.

3. Payments

Invoices in the App are for professional tax and compliance services already agreed with you. Payments are made directly through your own UPI or banking app, by bank transfer, or through a third-party payment gateway. Because these are payments for real-world professional services (not in-app digital content), Google Play’s in-app billing is not used. Taxes and statutory charges, where applicable, are as shown on the invoice.

4. Your responsibilities

Provide complete and accurate documents and information for your filings.
Review filings and invoices and tell us promptly of any error.
Do not upload unlawful content or anyone else’s data without authority.
Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service.

5. Intellectual property

The App, its design, and our branding are owned by SRK TAX AUDIT. Documents and data you upload remain yours; you grant us a limited licence to process them solely to deliver the Service.

6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

We provide the Service with reasonable professional care. To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays caused by government portals, third-party providers, or events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Termination & account deletion

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time via the App (Profile → Privacy) or our Data Deletion page. Some records may be retained where the law requires, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Tuticorin, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction, subject to any non-excludable consumer-protection rights you have.
