Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how SRK TAX AUDIT (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles cancellations and refunds of fees paid for our professional services — including GST, Income-Tax, TDS, tax audit, ROC/MCA, payroll and related compliance work — whether paid online through our payment page, by UPI/bank transfer, or in person. By engaging our services or paying our fees you agree to this policy.
1. Nature of our fees
Our charges are professional service fees for the time, expertise and filings we carry out on your behalf. Many engagements also involve government fees, statutory charges or third-party costs (for example registration fees, challans, DSC charges or portal fees) that we pay to the authorities and which are non-refundable once paid, regardless of the outcome of the application.
2. Cancelling a service
- Before work has begun: if you cancel an engagement before we have started work and before any government/third-party fee has been paid, you are eligible for a refund of the professional fee, less any non-refundable charges already incurred and a reasonable administrative charge.
- After work has begun: once we have started work — such as collecting or reviewing documents, preparing computations or returns, or corresponding with the authorities — fees are charged for the work completed and are not refundable in full. Any refund is limited to the portion of the fee for work not yet performed, at our reasonable assessment.
- After filing/submission: once a return, application or compliance has been filed or submitted to a government portal, the corresponding fee is non-refundable, as the service has been delivered.
3. Monthly & recurring plans
Recurring plans (for example GST return filing billed monthly) can be cancelled at any time for future periods. Cancellation stops billing for the next cycle; the current period during which work has already been performed is not refunded. There is no lock-in — you may stop at the end of any billing cycle.
4. When a refund is not available
- The service has already been delivered or the filing already made.
- Government, statutory or third-party fees that we have already paid on your behalf.
- Delays or rejections caused by incorrect, incomplete or late information/documents provided by you, or by changes in law or authority processing.
- Dissatisfaction with an outcome that is determined by the tax authority and outside our control.
Nothing in this policy limits any right you may have under applicable law. If a payment was made in genuine error or duplicated, tell us and we will verify and return the excess.
5. How to request a cancellation or refund
Email srktaxaudit5@gmail.com or call +91 74180 40882 with your name, registered mobile number, the service concerned and the payment reference. We aim to acknowledge within 3 working days and, where a refund is due, to process it within 7–10 working days to the original payment method. Refunds of online payments are returned through our payment gateway to the source account; the time for the amount to reflect depends on your bank.
